Our Journey

Our journey began six years ago as property investors. Like many ordinary leaseholders, we initially accepted annual service charge increases as an unavoidable reality of apartment ownership.

What we discovered through our property consultancy arm was increasingly alarming: many leaseholders were being treated simply as a reliable cash cow for idle managing agents, freeholders, and contractors who had little incentive to control spiralling costs or drive down costs.

Why We Founded Nexus Leasehold

In 2025, we made the decision to channel our expertise and experience into creating a solution for others. Nexus Leasehold was established as a dedicated troubleshooter for leaseholders, combining years of property experience with financial discipline and rock solid leadership.
